Q. Do you service outside The Greater Pittsburgh area?

A. No, unfortunately we do not. We cover a 20 mile radius from our main office location in Dormont, PA.

Q. When and how do I make payment for my appointment?

A. Payment is due after the service is complete. Upon the first clean you will be required to give card information for the possibility of any cancellations. After the service is complete and we have your card on file, you will automatically be charged for the services and receive an emailed receipt.

Q. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

A. If you need to change your appointment we ask you do so 24 hours prior to your service. This gives us the opportunity to fill that time slot with another client. If you cancel within the 24 hour period or no-show the appointment (ex. leaving your home & locking the door because you forgot we were coming), you will be charged our cancellation fee of $100. If for any reason you need to reschedule, please give us the same 24 hour courtesy and we will do our best to accommodate a new cleaning day for you. If we are unable to fit you in our schedule before your next scheduled clean you will be charge the $100 cancellation fee. Same day reschedules will also result in a $100 reschedule fee.

Q. Do I need to be present when you are cleaning?

A. The only time you need to be present is on the first initial clean. This gives you and the cleaner and opportunity to get familiar with each other as well as allow you to give the cleaner the lay of land! After the first appointment, we do ask that you allow us to clean your home without any distractions and work freely.

Be advised that if we are subject to distractions that affect our ability to work in our normal fashion or speed we reserve the right to charge for our extra time spent in the home.

Q. Do you use your own products & equipment (such as vacuum & mop)?

A. Yes! We do use our own products as well as supply a mop & vacuum. However, if you’d prefer us to use your products or a specific product on a surface, we’d be happy to accommodate!

Q. What type of payment do you accept?

A. Credit card is the only payment method that is accepted as of January 1st, 2023. We charge a 7 percent tax on all invoices. The The Pennsylvania sales tax rate of 6 percent plus the local tax rate of 1 percent.

Q. What types of cleaning products do you use?

A. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products that are non-toxic and biodegradable. These products are safe for use in homes with pets and children and are gentle on the environment.

Q. Are your cleaning products effective?

A. Absolutely! Our eco-friendly cleaning products are just as effective as traditional cleaning products, but without the harmful chemicals. We have found that our products leave spaces clean and fresh, without leaving any harmful residue.

Q. Will your services cost more than traditional cleaning services?

A. Our prices are competitive with traditional cleaning services, and we believe that our services offer a better value because we prioritize the health of our clients and the environment.

Q. Do you use any paper products or plastic during the cleaning process?

A. We try to minimize our use of paper and plastic as much as possible. We use washable cloths and reusable mops, and we minimize the use of disposable products as much as possible.

Q. Do you offer any guarantees or warranties for your services?

A. Yes, we stand behind our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will work with you to make it right.

Q. Can you accommodate special requests, such as using certain cleaning products or focusing on specific areas of the home or office?
